Every result reproducible from documented inputs.
Black-box outputs are not the point. Every assumption, every weight, every threshold is documented in the methodology appendix and reproducible on demand.
The framework is structured into universal analytical models — used everywhere unchanged — and jurisdictional instances calibrated per country. Adding a new country means re-instantiating five cores; the rest is inherited.
The library is organised by use-case rather than by technology, so a single jurisdiction can be screened across every cluster without re-deriving the comparison.
Conversion of variable electricity into durable physical value. Water, ice, cold-chain, DAC, thermal storage, precision fermentation, RAS, vertical farming, e-boilers.
Industrial loads designed to run during low-price intervals. Cement grinding, electrowinning, mineral milling, flexible compute, H₂ electrolysers.
Energy advantage concentrated downstream where qualification protects margin. Rare-earth magnets, battery materials, green steel, PtX fuels, recycling chains.
Basic necessities where supply-chain failure is unacceptable. Distributed fertiliser, pharma, strategic stockpile, sovereign data centres, defence installations.
Portfolio model, real options, operational orchestration, ABM ecosystem. The infrastructure that turns one project into many.
Water, thermal, chemical, electrochemical, biological, computational, mechanical, financial. Each module scored for electricity intensity, dispatch flexibility, and value density.
Ten of fifteen cores are universal — built once, used everywhere. Five are jurisdictional: the national surplus waterfall (CM-0), PPA / offtake structure (CM-5), project finance (CM-6), location optimisation (CM-9), and defence procurement (CM-14). Adding a new country means re-instantiating these five against local data — typically a 12–24 week build.
Black-box outputs are not the point. Every assumption, every weight, every threshold is documented in the methodology appendix and reproducible on demand.
And stress-tested forward. Where calibration data does not exist — frontier jurisdictions — the framework defaults to ranges, not point estimates. The honest answer is a range.
Confidence levels (A audited through E placeholder pending calibration) are visible on every output. Sophisticated buyers test for this — confidence visibility is non-negotiable.
